We currently accept immediate payment via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, and American Express.
If you prefer to use Visa Checkout, PayPal, or PayPal Credit, we offer them as well. If you are ordering from your iPhone or iPad, you may also pay via Apple Pay!
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a replacement, refund, or store credit. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is not a result of your error (you received a different item than you ordered or the item is defective, etc.).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your credit once we've received and processed the returned item.
Effective 01/01/2018: All international orders, both First Class and Priority, will be insured, and a fee of $1.25 will be included in your shipping amount. All domestic First Class orders will be insured with a $0.99 fee being included in your shipping amount. Domestic Priority shipments already include insurance, so no additional insurance fees will be added.
We usually ship your order within 2 days (see our current schedule in the footer of each page on the site), and use the United States Postal Service for all of our shipping. Our normal level of shipping is Priority mail, but for lighter packages, less expensive First Class mail is now available.
We love our international customers! However, please note that there are some disturbing trends that we do not approve of, and we will not allow ourselves or our standards to be insulted by any who try to "bend the rules" at the risk of our professional reputation. If you are ordering from outside the US, you are considered the "importer on record" to your country. As such, it is your responsibility to know what is and what is not legal to bring into your country (importing playing cards is illegal in some countries). We will ship anywhere you ask. If your parcel is denied clearance by your customs officials for any such legal reasons, you will bear the responsibility, along with any consequences imposed. Any shipments that are deemed undeliverable by customs officials will hopefully be "returned to sender". If your parcel is returned to us, any items that are in re-sellable condition will be credited, but the shipping charges will not be.
If there are import taxes that need to be paid, then it is you, not us, that is expected to pay them. We mark all export shipments as "Merchandise" in compliance with customs rules and guidelines, and will not label them as a "gift" so that one can avoid paying taxes owed. Any requests for us to do so will result in the order being canceled. We are professionals, and have acted responsibly in this regard since we opened in 2008. No order is worth us putting our fine reputation on the line.
We will never give out or sell your personal information. Your payment account numbers are not accessible to us, but are handled by our payment processors.
