  Our business hours are basically 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Eastern, M-F. We occasionally come in on Saturday if we get extremely backlogged with orders.

  You can trust that your order will be processed (pulled from shelf and packed to ship) in a timely manner (normally by the next business day), and then shipped out with the next postal pickup following processing. We ship retail orders anywhere in the world using US Priority Mail (if ordering outside the US, please read the next paragraph). Our shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order. We charge only the actual shipping cost, and add no handling charges of any kind. We believe that the post office already makes enough profit on shipping, and do not add to that expense for our own profit. NOTE: The total weight of your order is calculated by an automatic online calculator. Occasionally, the actual weight of your package, especially on multiple-item orders, will be slightly higher than calculated. This may result in you initially being charged a slightly higher shipping charge. If this happens, the difference will be refunded back to the account used for your payment.

  For orders outside the US: Please be aware that anytime you order goods to be shipped to your country from another, you take on the role of "importer on record" of those goods. As the importer, it is therefore your responsibility to know what is and what is not legal for you to bring into your country. Customs regulations vary in all of the hundreds of different countries we ship to, and are always subject to change. It is therefore not possible for us to be constantly current on all of them. Therefore, we will ship anywhere you ask us to, but if the package is stopped at your country's border and is held by customs for any reason, it is your responsibility as the importer to deal with it. Sometimes, it may simply be held because duties are owed, which is easily handled by paying them. In other cases, some countries require you to have an import license and/or may even limit the value of the package being imported. All of these regulations are your responsibility to know as the importer, and packages not meeting import requirements may be held at your country's border. If your package is held because the goods cannot be legally admitted into your country, or for any other reason, we can bear no responsibility in this regard. If you can convince the officials to return the package to us, then upon receipt of the returned package, and if all items are still in sellable condition, we will cancel your order and credit your payment account for the cost of the items. The shipping costs are not refundable. So please, if in doubt, contact your customs officials prior to placing your order. It is always better to be safe than sorry.
