For Email Marketing you can trust

Defective items, or items sent in error (our fault), may be returned within 30 days for a prompt exchange (if possible) or refund (if desired item is out of stock). Non-defective items must be unopened and able to be resold. First, email us (click on the "Contact Us" link) or call us at 440-506-6162 to explain the problem. If replacement is possible, we will ship you a new item, along with a return label for you to use to send back the defective item (US domestic orders only). If exchange is not possible, we will send you a return label (US domestic orders only), and a full refund, including original shipping costs, will be made once we receive the defective item. Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable if replacement item is in stock and you elect to receive a refund rather than an exchange.

 

If you receive an unwanted item due to an error on your part (wrong item ordered), simply place another order for the correct item. Then return the unwanted item, in its original, unopened condition, well protected, via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. When we have received your unwanted item, we will issue a refund of the original purchase price. Note that the original shipping charges are not refundable.


NOTE: Damaged tuck boxes do not constitute damaged merchandise. Tuck boxes exist to protect the cards inside them, and are not considered part of the "product" themselves. We understand the desire for "pretty" packaging, and always send the "best" items first, but some of our decks reach us from the manufacturer with damage to the boxes. It is unavoidable. Modiano, in particular, makes their boxes very over-sized to provide a built-in cushion for the cards inside. By the time the currier has transported the cards from Europe to our warehouse in the US, the very heavy cases have usually been banged around enough to damage some of the individual tuck boxes inside, but we have yet to see the actual card deck sustain damage in this way. In these cases, the manufacturer feels that the tuck box has served its purpose. While we are sometimes able to obtain replacement tuck boxes, it is not always the case.


Please Note: Clearance sale items are sold "as is", and will not be refunded or replaced except for manufacturing defect. In such a case, replacement will be made as long as the item remains in stock. Otherwise, we will refund the entire purchase price, including shipping charges, upon receipt of the defective item, for which a return label will be provided (US domestic orders only).


International returns: All of the above applies, except that we cannot send you a return label. Please return the item, well protected, via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. Once we receive your returned item, we will refund you an amount based on US First Class shipping cost for that item, except in the case of the wrong item being ordered, in which case, no refund of shipping costs will be made.
