If you receive a defective item, you can return it for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit (gift certificate) redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same item as the original purchase, due to either defective product or a fulfillment error on our part, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
If you receive an unwanted item due to an error on your part (wrong item ordered), simply place another order for the correct item. Then return the unwanted item, in its original, unopened condition, well protected, via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. When we have received your unwanted item, we will issue a refund of the original purchase price. Note that the original shipping charges are not refundable.
